triangle and rockin' 122 and 123

I have been busy driving to galleries, painting and getting ready for a show.  More about that later.
I was in the mood to try some acrylics tonight.  They are Golden Open acrylics that stay wet for a bit longer... I did remember to wet the palette every now and then.

I am joining a group of artists whose goal is to paint everyday in September.
Leslie Byrd Saeta is the leader who is organizing this.  She has a lot of enthusiasm.
Her blog is here:  http://lesliesaeta.blogspot.com/
The artists taking part in this will upload to her blog everyday in September.

I have been painting most everyday already.  I am on number 95, so as to keep myself
organized, I am going to start with this number.  Once I am finished with September,
I should be at number 125.  (30 days has September...)
Thanks for looking at my blog!  Trish

93 and 94 Copper and Sunshine

I made the pastel of Copper for our Kentucky State Fair.  I hope the fairgoers are enjoying him.
The other is a sunflower with a little flair.
Both will be at the Madison Art Fair in Madison, IN on September 28 and 29th.

landscapes 91 and 92

They were so frustrating but I learned from it... trying to do more landscapes because
I love them... but am still finding my way.  Care to join me on my journey?  More progress coming up.
