sold pastels...

I have been busy lately with (another) part-time teaching gig.
These pastels have sold to sweet, happy people.
One is Rose whom I befriended on facebook and
another is a local lady Theresa  Both like my art therefore
I think of them as a friends.  Because if you love my art
I automatically like you a lot. :))
I think I took both pictures before I signed them.
Right now I am working on an abstract.
Take care, there should be more paintings coming soon
with the nice weather and school slowing down in a bit.

The bright pink underpainting lent a brightness

it is about 17x11 inches, ready to get framed...
i noticed tonight how much paint this paper uses...
i think i will coat with an acrylic layer first next time
so it will no be soooo absorbent... had fun though
